Who we are

RareVaults is an independent online retailer of outdoor and travel gear, run from Sheridan, Wyoming. We stock backpacks, packs, and everyday carry built to be used hard – on trails, on commutes, and on trips – and we try to tell you enough about each one that you can decide without guessing.

How we choose what we sell

Every product in our catalogue comes from an identifiable manufacturer or supplier. We publish the material, dimensions, capacity, compatibility, care instructions, warranty, and what is included in the box. We do not copy other retailers’ reviews or branding, and we do not make performance claims we cannot back up. If we do not know something about a product, we say so rather than inventing it.

Orders and fulfilment

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our facility at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. We ship within the United States only, standard shipping is free on every order, and most orders arrive within 4–9 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

If something goes wrong

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, and we pay the return shipping whenever the fault is ours. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Return & Refund Policy.
