These Terms of Service govern your use of rarevaults.shop and any order you place with RareVaults, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms and the policies linked from them.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give accurate account, billing, and delivery information and to keep your account password confidential.
Products and descriptions
We describe every product using information from the manufacturer or supplier: materials, dimensions, compatibility, care, warranty, and what is in the box. Screens render colour differently, so slight variation between a photograph and the item is possible. We do not copy another retailer’s reviews or identity, and we make no performance claims we cannot support.
Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. The total you are shown before you confirm payment is the total you are charged. We never add a fee after checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, is out of stock, or we suspect fraud, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund any payment taken in full. We may also limit quantities per customer.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Warranties
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where one is offered, and we pass on all warranty details in the product description. Beyond that, the site and its content are provided “as is” without further warranty, to the extent the law allows.
Intellectual property
The RareVaults name, logo, site design, text, and photography are owned by or licensed to RareVaults. You may not copy, resell, or republish them without written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to break its security, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, or interfere with other customers’ use of it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RareVaults is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
