Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened and factory sealed, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Opened booster packs, boxes and loose singles removed from their protective packaging cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or not as described.
• Graded slabs must be returned with the slab intact and untampered.

How to start a return

• Email support@rarevaults.com with your order number. We will reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Return shipping

Returns due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item) are free — we email you a prepaid label. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (within 3 business days), we email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us and we will arrange it at no extra cost if the item was damaged or defective.
