Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2pm ET are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates (United States)

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check status at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Packaging

Sealed products are bubble-wrapped and boxed. Single cards ship in sleeves, top-loaders or graded slab protectors.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us within 7 days and we will file a claim and send a replacement or refund.
